Patritsia Andrioti has been the director of Andrioti School since 2011. She has over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, teacher trainer and EFL materials developer across Greece and the UK. She leads the school’s academic vision, combining pedagogical expertise with innovation in language learning and programme design.
She holds an M.Ed from the University of Bristol, a B.A. (Hons) from the University of London, and a Cambridge RSA/CELTA qualification. She has worked with leading international publishers including Macmillan ELT and Pearson in teacher training, syllabus design and materials development.
Her approach combines academic expertise with creativity and innovation, with a strong focus on technology, drama-based learning and student-centred teaching.
She was recognised by the University of Bristol’s Graduate School of Education among its 100 most successful graduates, marking its centenary celebrations.
At Andrioti School, she leads the development of bespoke language programmes designed to meet the needs of individuals, schools and organisations, ensuring learning remains relevant, effective and future-focused.
